Dr. Kent DelHousaye, President

Dr. Kent DelHousaye is the president of FACT. He is a trained political theologian and a longtime pastor, having run large and influential churches in California, Arizona, and Idaho before joining IFPC. Kent is also a sought-after speaker, accomplished professor, and prolific author.

Kent has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from Arizona State University, a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Communication from Phoenix Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry degree in Cultural Apologetics from the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.

Kent and his wife Stephanie have been married for 30 years and have three children. Kent is a cultural warrior at heart, and he is deeply invested in conservative social issues, but when Kent is not engaged in the culture wars, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors and is a firearms enthusiast and avid fly fisherman.

Teresa Grill, Office Administrator

She has years of experience in project management, customer service, and office administration, and she not only keeps the office running smoothly but also makes people feel welcomed and included at FACT. 

Teresa and her husband, Ken, have been married for over 40 years, and they have five children and seven grandchildren, and when she is not working, Teresa enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jeff Shafer, Legal Advisor

 

Jeff Shafer serves as FACT’s Legal Advisor. He is the Director of the Hale Institute at New Saint Andrews College and previously served as Senior Counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom in its District of Columbia and Scottsdale offices.

Jeff is an honors graduate of the Regent University School of Law and is admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court and numerous federal district and appellate courts. His law practice has included a focus on civil constitutional and election law cases, and he has litigated public interest cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts throughout the United States as well as developing academic and advocacy initiatives on matters of policy concern.

Jeff has addressed a wide array of audiences in academic and community venues, in the US and abroad, on matters of legal and cultural interest.
