Tennessee House Panel Passes Texas-Style Bill That Would Save 10,000 Babies from Abortions

With the TN "trigger law" taking effect yesterday, consider this quote from the opinion of those who dissented from the Dobbs decision: “Nowhere has that approach [to rights] been more prevalent than in construing the majestic but open-ended words of the Fourteenth Amendment—the guarantees of ‘liberty’ and ‘equality’ for all.”

NOTE: The Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment says “equal protection,” not “equality.” Misquoting the Constitution for an agenda that sounds like the mantra of the French Revolution—“liberty, equality, and fraternity”—is a seriously bad thing.
